Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years’ experience with DoD program, contracting, and acquisitions programs.
• Bachelor's Degree in related field required.
• Active Secret Clearance (TS/SCI preferred) or ability to obtain one.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate procurement activities, including pre/post award tasks and RFP development, source selections, and related documentation.
• Serve as advisor and administrator on competitive source selections; prepare Selection Recommendation Documents and related reports.
• Support post-award contract execution, ensuring compliance and monitoring of requirement decomposition and testing activities.
• Manage program execution cost, schedule, and performance reporting; utilize earned value management and design reviews.
