Job summary

RSC2 Incorporated is seeking a Program/Project Manager III to join our team at Aberdeen Proving Ground, Maryland. The role requires on-site presence, a Secret clearance, and a Bachelor's degree, with duties including directing all contract task order administration and ensuring effective communication with COR.

You will lead planning, coordinate contract support activities, interface with government personnel, and ensure feasibility studies, cost determinations, and compliance with work

Qualifications

• Active Secret Clearance required.
• Experience in government program management is essential.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site management on location, a minimum of two days per week.
• Direct all administrative correspondence related to Task Order to Contracting Officer Representative (COR).
• Maintain a robust communication plan with timely status updates and proactive issue identification.
• Provide leadership, direction, administration, quality assurance, and overall management for the execution of this task order.
• Organize, direct, and coordinate planning and implementation of all contract support activities.
• Interface with government personnel.
• Formulate and review project feasibility studies, determine costs, ensure conformance to work standards.
• Interpret policies, purposes, and goals of the organizations for subordinates.
