RSC2, Inc. is seeking a senior Cost Analyst to join our team at Aberdeen Proving Ground, MD. The role focuses on cost regulation adherence, analysis and evaluation of costs for life-cycle development, procurement, and operations in support of DoD programs.

Responsibilities include cost estimation, policy guidance, and interfacing with government activities to ensure accurate budget projections for POM and beyond. Candidate must have eight years of related experience and a DoD clearance.

Qualifications

• Eight (8) or more years exp. as a cost/price analyst and working knowledge of DoDi 5000 & Defense Acquisition.
• Secret Clearance.
• BA/BS or higher.

Responsabilités

• Perform cost analysis work and develop life-cycle cost estimates for RDTE, procurement, and operations funding.
• Develop and recommend changes to estimates and policy/guidance while prioritizing projects to ensure funding and mission success.
• Integrate estimation tools and inputs from multiple programs to deliver accurate cost projections for POM and future years.
• Lead development of cost plans and procedures, including analyses of cost growth, contract changes, and funding arrangements.
• Review regulations and provide updated guidance within the organization.
