Job summary

Qualifications

• Typically requires a University Degree or equivalent experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of prior relevant experience.
• Fluent in English, written and verbal.
• Experience with purchase order management including documentation.
• Experience with SAP procurement software, including Ariba, PRISM, and APEX.
• Experience with supplier relationship management skills.
• Experience with analysis and problem solving, including identifying and escalating issues.

Responsibilities

• Review SOWs (Statements of Work).
• Create Non-Disclosure Agreements and/or Proprietary Information Agreements.
• Obtain proposal/quotation activities and perform best value analysis.
• Documentation write-up.
• Select qualified suppliers and perform due diligence.
• Negotiate pricing and delivery terms (including terms & conditions).
• Post-award management and delivery assurance.
• Significant supplier interaction with business and programs.
• Manage supplier's critical path in support of key program milestones.
• Strategic planning while supporting daily tactical activities.
• May participate in supplier development activity with EXIM, Legal, and Sr. Leaders.
