Education and Experience
- A bachelor’s degree from an accredited college in Business Administration, Public Administration, Finance, or a related field.
- A minimum of 5 years of progressively responsible experience in government procurement or a related field. Experience in a large, complex organization is preferred.

- Strong knowledge of government procurement rules, regulations, and best practices.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Job Duties
- Lead and manage the end-to-end procurement process, from requisition to contract award, for a wide range of goods and services.
- Draft, review, and issue complex solicitations, including Requests for Proposals (RFPs). Analyze proposals and bids, and conduct cost and price analyses.
