Our Government client in Long Island City, NY is seeking an experienced Government Procurement Analyst to support procurement activities associated with a large-scale public-sector technology and data modernization initiative.
This position is responsible for supporting the full procurement lifecycle, with an emphasis on complex solicitations, RFPs, proposal and bid analysis, regulatory compliance, cost and price analysis, stakeholder advisory support, and procurement reporting. The successful candidate will work closely with legal, finance, program, and technology stakeholders to ensure procurement activities are compliant, efficient, and deliver strong value.
The ideal candidate brings progressively responsible government procurement experience, strong knowledge of public-sector procurement rules and regulations, and the ability to independently manage complex procurement activities in a large, fast-paced organization.
The ideal candidate is more than a transactional purchasing professional. We're seeking someone who understands the structure, compliance requirements, and complexity of government procurement and can independently support sophisticated procurements from solicitation development through evaluation and reporting.
You should be comfortable working with RFPs, competitive bids, cost and price analyses, procurement regulations, and multiple stakeholder groups while maintaining a high degree of accuracy and accountability. Experience navigating procurement within a large government organization will be particularly valuable.
