Job summary

Boeing in Hazelwood, MO is seeking an Experienced Procurement Agent (Level 3) to join the Supplier Management team. The role supports build-to-print spares in a fast-paced setting and offers opportunities to grow within the Supply Chain organization.

You will manage supplier activities and have authority to commit company resources through contracts. Responsibilities include RFPs, contracts, and POs; supplier selection and cost/lead time inputs for proposals; and ongoing supplier performance

Qualifications

3+ years of experience in procurement and supply chain processes and procedures.
3+ years of experience negotiating contracts, terms and conditions, pricing and PO placement.
3+ years of experience with government prime contracts procurement.

Responsibilities

Effectively manage priorities in a fast-paced environment for supplier POs and contracts.
Oversee source selection for parts and services.
Prepare, negotiate, execute and document RFPs, supplier contracts and POs.
Gather supplier cost and lead time inputs to support proposals and RFIs.
Gather data for supplier performance evaluation and improvement opportunities.
Manage supplier performance and enforce contract terms for government and commercial contracts.
Collaborate with stakeholders to integrate program strategies into sourcing and contracting.
