Job summary

Qualifications

• 4‑6 years of related experience.
• Associate’s degree in a technical field, Technical Certificate, Diploma or higher in semiconductors, electronics, chemistry, mechanical, or related field.
• Ability to work in a clean room environment, wearing PPE, cleanroom suit, or smock.
• Foundational communication skills, reading and writing, in English.
• Ability to work a shift schedule.

Responsibilities

• Support process engineers in preparation for wafer fabrication equipment (WFE) tests, equipment setup, experiments, data collection, and sample submissions.
• Operate processing equipment and advanced tools with recipes defined by engineering teams to collect experiment results, capture measurements (e.g., thin film, CD, wafer disposition performance) and chemistry properties analysis.
• Process test runs and prepare records, charts, and schematics of results for presentation to engineering to identify yield optimization areas.
• Provide technical assistance to process development teams and process engineers.
• Assist in technical troubleshooting and improvement opportunities of the application lab tools and experiment setups.
