Job summary

Fresenius Medical Care seeks an experienced manufacturing Supervisor to oversee daily operations, maintenance, and personnel training. The role ensures GMP compliance, equipment reliability, and efficient production through proactive problem-solving and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities include leading shift activities, coordinating maintenance, and mentoring staff while maintaining safety and quality standards in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required; technical certification/associate degree strongly preferred; bachelor's degree preferred.
• Experience with forklift operation and quality inspection processes is required.
• Strong reading, analytical, and communication skills; ability to write reports and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Monitor department operations including yields, rejects, quality and compliance.
• Operate production equipment per validated limits and procedures.
• Troubleshoot area systems and equipment; write work orders as needed.
• Organize and perform preventative maintenance on equipment.
• Lead in the technical training and coaching of employees.
• Supervise in the absence of the Supervisor; communicate with management.
