Job summary

Fresenius Medical Care in Ogden, UT seeks a production supervisor to provide advanced technical direction on machine operation, process setup and control, and employee training. You will assist the supervisor, plan and direct work, troubleshoot issues, and ensure efficient, compliant operation across lines.

The role requires 6–8 years of related experience, forklift and quality inspection certifications, and strong communication, documentation, and problem-solving skills to lead a technical team

Qualifications

• 6 - 8 years related experience is required.
• Forklift Certification provided through onsite training.
• Departmental Quality Inspection Certification provided through onsite training.
• Ability to read, analyze and interpret general business and technical materials.
• Ability to write reports, procedures and manuals; present information clearly.

Responsibilities

• Monitor department operations including yields, rejects, quality and compliance.
• Operate production equipment to support department goals.
• Troubleshoot area systems and equipment; correct problems.
• Write work orders and perform preventative maintenance.
• Lead technical training and coaching of employees; validate systems and parameters.
• Maintain GMP compliance and document procedures; assist supervisor as needed.
