TotalEnergies in Colorado is seeking a Technical & Process Manager to lead process engineering for safe, reliable plant operations. The role emphasizes operating windows, process optimization, and engineering leadership across main and auxiliary plants, while aligning with HSE for risk management and compliance.

This position requires 5+ years in manufacturing and a BS in Chemical or Mechanical Engineering.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical or Mechanical Engineering.
• 5+ years in a manufacturing facility.
• Strong knowledge of process engineering, control, optimization, and troubleshooting.
• Experience supporting Process Safety Management (PSM) activities.
• Ability to collaborate with HSE personnel on safety initiatives.
• Familiarity with data tools: MS Office, PI, IMPACT, SAP.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain Operating Windows for plant operations (Main Plant, MA Plant, and 3rd Bay).
• Provide technical leadership for process engineering activities, including process optimization, troubleshooting, process control improvements, and operational excellence initiatives.
• Partner with HSSE to support Process Safety Management activities, risk assessments, HAZOP reviews, MOC, and Maestro HSE System implementation.
• Lead and support process engineering activities including DCS support, PHA/HAZOP studies, management of process changes, and new product/process development.
• Identify and implement process improvements that enhance safety, reliability, product quality, production efficiency, and cost performance.
• Participate in plant loss control activities and support ISO 9001 Quality Management System.
• Conduct monthly reviews of production constraints, process performance, and quality constraints.
• Monitor and review technical & process action items for timely completion.
• Provide technical leadership and process engineering support for capital projects from concept through implementation.
• Develop, update, and train personnel on operating procedures and best practices.
• Work with Operations, Projects, Maintenance, Quality, and HSE to drive continuous improvement and reliability.
• Support internal and external audits including process safety and quality assessments.
• Interface with Corporate departments to support technical initiatives and compliance.
