Job summary

Harvest Midstream in Houston, TX seeks a Process Safety Manager to lead the enterprise process safety function, including OSHA PSM and EPA RMP programs, while partnering with Operations, Engineering, EHS, Maintenance and project teams to implement practical, scalable safety programs.

You will mentor a team of process safety engineers, balance leadership with hands-on technical contribution, and drive continuous improvement through performance data and lessons learned across regions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in chemical engineering or related discipline.
• Professional Engineer license preferred.
• Experience leading process safety programs and governance systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead OSHA PSM and EPA RMP programs and related process safety governance.
• Develop and mentor a team of process safety engineers; plan workloads and career growth.
• Partner with Operations, Engineering, EHS, Maintenance and project teams to implement practical safety plans.
• Drive continuous improvement through data, incident learning, and field feedback.
• Sponsor corrective action quality and closure; ensure durable program improvements.
