Job summary

MSD in Pennsylvania is seeking a site leader to provide technical direction for Process Safety Management (PSM), EHS Management of Change (MOC) and Loss Prevention across West Point, North Wales and Springhouse Innovation Park.

You will partner with operations, engineering, maintenance and project teams to integrate process safety into design, startup and operations, verify safeguards, and drive risk reduction through field verification and governance.

Responsibilities

• Serve as site PSM SME and advise on PSM standard alignment with system owners.
• Maintain PSM procedures, tools, templates, and role-specific training; translate standard changes and audit lessons into practical requirements.
• Coordinate ALARP reviews with process owners, engineering, management, and global experts; document technical rationale and risk-reduction commitments.
