Job summary

H.B. Fuller is seeking a Process Safety Management Engineer to lead risk reduction initiatives across multiple manufacturing sites handling flammable materials. You will partner with EHS, Operations and Engineering to drive safe, reliable operations and support audits and incident investigations.

The role requires a BS in Chemical/related Engineering, 5+ years in process safety, and strong knowledge of OSHA PSM and EPA RMP requirements. Salary ranges with comprehensive benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemical, Mechanical, Safety, or related Engineering field.
• 5+ years of process safety experience in chemical or industrial manufacturing.
• Knowledge of OSHA PSM and EPA Risk Management Program requirements.
• Experience leading PHAs, MOCs, incident investigations, and compliance audits.
• Authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Lead Process Hazard Analyses (PHA) for new and existing processes.
• Facilitate Management of Change (MOC) and Pre-Startup Safety Reviews.
• Identify, design, and implement process safety controls.
• Support OSHA PSM and EPA RMP program compliance activities.
• Conduct incident investigations and manage corrective actions.
• Support mechanical integrity and preventive maintenance programs.
• Maintain process safety information and system documentation.
• Track safety metrics and support audits and training.
