Qualifications

• Technical degree in chemical engineering or related safety discipline.
• Experience developing or updating PSM program content and governance documents.
• Knowledge of core PSM elements: information, change management, integrity, emergency planning, and hazard analysis.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and report PSM actions and PHA-derived backlog.
• Support triage of PHA/PHR recommendations and validate action closure.
• Prioritize overdue actions across Complex areas.
• Draft PSM Manual sections and related program documents for approval.
• Conduct program- and element-level gap assessments against standards.
