SNC is seeking a seasoned Process Quality Internal Auditor III to lead and execute internal audits, ensuring QMS compliance and driving continuous improvement across aerospace and defense operations. The role emphasizes advanced auditing, regulatory compliance, and leadership in quality assurance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in engineering, quality management or related field.
• 5+ years as auditor or in a related role.
• In lieu of degree, 9+ years related experience.
• Advanced knowledge of AS9100, ISO 9001 and military standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead and conduct complex internal audits to ensure QMS compliance and identify improvement opportunities.
• Develop and manage audit schedules for timely execution.
• Ensure adherence to ISO 9001 and AS9100 standards.
• Lead corrective actions for audit findings.
• Drive strategic process improvements and continuous quality enhancement.
• Train and mentor junior auditors and staff on quality standards.
• Collaborate with departments to integrate quality standards into processes.
• Manage external and supplier audits.
