Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Human Resources, Engineering, Supply Chain, or related field; 6 months’ experience in consulting, project management, business strategy, or 2.5 years’ experience in related area
Responsibilities
- Analyze performance metrics across functional areas to identify trends and recommend improvements
- Develop and present reports to support informed business decisions
- Lead process improvement initiatives with cross-functional teams using Lean Six Sigma methodologies
- Monitor program performance and drive resolution of post-implementation issues
- Advise on project risks, compliance, and best practices
- Communicate with stakeholders and influence decision-makers to align strategies and processes
- Evaluate and enhance Walmart Seller Support business processes
- Streamline seller contacts and improve seller experiences on Walmart.com
