Job Description: The Senior Process Optimization Analyst utilizes business analysis and process improvement expertise to optimize operations and identify opportunities for Gen AI and automation solutions. Responsibilities include eliciting and analyzing business requirements, creating specifications, leading QA testing, and ensuring solutions align with business needs and user experience goals. The role involves working cross-functionally with stakeholders and technology teams, applying process mining insights and Lean principles, supporting digital transformation initiatives, and mentoring junior team members.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead workshops with stakeholders to document processes, pain points, and automation goals.
  • Analyze business processes and data to identify automation opportunities using process mining tools.
  • Apply Lean principles to recommend process improvements.
  • Draft and manage requirements documentation for technical teams.
  • Define Target Operating Model incorporating emerging technologies like AI-driven process mining.
  • Use UX feedback, process maps, and procedures to identify optimization opportunities.
  • Lead Agile ceremonies, manage user stories, and oversee SDLC activities.
  • Design and oversee QA testing, including UAT.
  • Mentor analysts and share knowledge on process mining and automation methodologies.
  • Prepare and present strategic recommendations to executives.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years in hyperautomation business analysis or process improvement.
  • 2+ years working with process mining tools like Microsoft Process Mining or Celonis.
  • Strong understanding of ML/AI and Gen AI tools.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Experience with requirements elicitation, documentation, and analysis techniques.
  • Experience with testing methodologies.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a technical or business field.
  • 5+ years as a Business Analyst, Process Engineer, or Automation Specialist.
  • Experience with hyperautomation, process modeling, and optimization.
  • Knowledge of AI orchestration platforms and Data Science principles.

Position interfaces include project managers, developers, business owners, and QA teams. This role is remote.

We uphold Crowe’s values of Care, Trust, Courage, and Stewardship. Compensation ranges from $65,800 to $135,400 per year, depending on various factors.
