  • This role is part of the Financial Planning & Analysis team within the Finance Division, responsible for driving financial analysis of strategic projects, industry trends, and competitive results.

What You'll Do

  • Identify opportunities for financial and operational improvements and lead cross-departmental initiatives.
  • Provide industry benchmarking reporting and analysis.
  • Support various Commercial and Finance groups with ad hoc analysis, acting as an internal consultant.
  • Maintain a comprehensive database of industry financial results and deliver insights to aid strategic decisions.
  • Assist in developing presentation materials for executives and the Board.
  • Foster positive relationships with internal teams to support strategic decision-making.

All you'll need for success

Minimum Qualifications - Education & Prior Job Experience

  • Experience in developing executive and Board-level presentations.
  • Ability to collaborate with internal teams to provide analytical insights.

Preferred Qualifications - Education & Prior Job Experience

  • Master of Business Administration (MBA).
  • Experience within the airline industry, especially in Commercial, Operations, or Finance.

Skills, Licenses & Certifications

  • Teamwork and leadership skills.
  • Initiative and adaptability in demanding situations.
  • Structured analytical thinking and creative problem-solving skills.
  • Financial modeling and analysis experience.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Knowledge of SQL and Access.
