Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 5 years’ chemical handling experience or Manufacturing Technician III level competency or higher.
• Ability to be fitted for and wear a respirator.
• Must be able to obtain ERT certification and maintain ERT requirements.
• Ability to understand chemical compounding and sampling and communicate results effectively.
• 6–8 years’ forklift experience on either sit-down or stand-up forklift trucks.
• Experience operating a forklift and other manufacturing tools.
• Strong communication skills.
• Demonstrated abilities to work independently and as a team.
• Strong troubleshooting skills.
• Strong mechanical and electrical aptitude.
• Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs, stoop, bend, climb and reach.
• Adhere to all safety policies and procedures.
• Post-offer drug screening required, safety-sensitive role.

Responsibilities

• Operate ammonium fluoride reactor processes and distillation of acids.
• Document containers and log data per SOP, including logs, forms, and labels.
• Communicate equipment status to plant coordinator; assist maintenance.
• Participate in safety reviews and emergency response team activities.
• Operate boilers, IWT, Deionized Water, and scrubbers within permit limits.
• Perform hourly rounds with tablet/software; respond to deviations.
• Support blending operations with sampling and compound operations.
• Maintain housekeeping and safety across plant operations.
