Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 5+ years chemical handling experience; semiconductor/pharma experience preferred.
• Ability to wear a respirator.
• Must obtain and maintain ERT certification.
• Experience operating forklift and other manufacturing tools.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Strong troubleshooting, mechanical, and electrical aptitude.
• Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs and perform manual tasks.
• Adhere to safety policies; post-offer drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Document containers and logs per SOP.
• Communicate equipment status and outages to plant coordinator.
• Participate in operational, quality, and safety reviews.
• Comply with PSM and RMP requirements for ammonia and distillation processes.
• Participate in ERT and act as Incident Commander when needed.
• Comply with operator certification requirements.
• Operate ammonia/hydrofluoric/nitric acid distillation and supporting systems.
• Operate boilers, IWT, Deionized Water, scrubbers, and ammonia systems.
• Operate Ammonium Fluoride and Anhydrous Ammonia processes.
• Operate cooling water systems.
• Conduct hourly rounds and document data; respond to trends.
• Assist with blending operations.
• Maintain housekeeping and safety.
