Responsibilities

• Monitor daily production for high-volume manufacturing processes and update work instructions.
• Support environmental, safety, and quality programs; conduct hazard assessments.
• Investigate nonconforming materials and report findings to MRB and process documentation.
• Lead process engineering development and scale-up from pilot to high-volume manufacturing.
• Plan and execute DOE studies; analyze results to optimize materials and process variables.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align raw materials and sourcing with PCS/SQC objectives.
• Document experiments and engineering changes; generate technical reports and MOCs.
