Responsibilities

• Monitor daily high-volume manufacturing processes and document procedures.
• Lead process improvement initiatives for ultrapure solvents and purification techniques.
• Design and conduct experiments to understand effects of materials and variables on product quality.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to align raw materials and sourcing with quality goals.
• Support NPD and CIP projects from pilot to full-scale manufacturing.
