Garver’s College Station Water Design Center is seeking a Process Mechanical Team Leader to guide a skilled group of engineers on municipal water and wastewater facilities, pump stations, and related infrastructure.

The role involves leading design, hydraulic analyses, equipment selection, and project coordination across offices, with travel for business development and site support as needed. A PE license and 10+ years of design experience are essential.

Qualificações

• ABET-accredited engineering degree required.
• Professional Engineer (PE) licensure required.
• 10+ years direct design experience with municipal water/wastewater facilities.
• 2+ years of experience leading project teams.
• Experience overseeing facility designs, including detailed plans and specs.
• Understanding of water/wastewater treatment plant systems.

Responsabilidades

• Lead design of water and wastewater treatment processes.
• Lead pump and lift station design and equipment selection.
• Perform hydraulic analyses and project-level design.
• Develop scope, schedule, and fees for projects.
• Plan budgets and ensure quality and Garver standards.
• Mentor and manage design teams and support disciplines.
