Job summary

Garver's Greenville Water Design Center in Greenville, SC seeks a Process Mechanical Team Leader to build and guide a capable engineering group. You will design water and wastewater systems, lead pump and hydraulic analyses, and oversee drawings and specifications for significant projects.

You'll mentor teams, coordinate with offices, and support client services and business development in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. Abet-accredited master's degree and PE licensure are preferred.

Qualifications

• Requires an ABET-accredited engineering degree and PE licensure or eligibility.
• 10+ years municipal water/wastewater design experience.
• Experience leading design projects and mentoring teams.

Responsibilities

• Design water and wastewater treatment processes for projects.
• Lead pump stations and hydraulic analyses for treatment plants.
• Develop detailed designs and construction drawings (plans/specs).
• Manage scope, schedule, budgets, and fees for projects.
• Coordinate with other disciplines and regulatory agencies.
• Support business development and client relations.
