Job summary

Garver’s Greenville Water Design Center seeks a Process Team Leader to build and lead a high-performing engineering group. You will manage process design for water and wastewater projects and mentor team members while coordinating with regional offices and clients.

You’ll drive front-end and bid-ready documents, validate calculations, and ensure quality. This senior role requires PE licensure and a strong background in process engineering and project leadership.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Civil, Chemical, or Environmental engineering from an ABET accredited program.
• Registered Professional Engineer (PE) license or with the ability to be licensed.
• 10+ years of technical related experience with 2+ years of leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop conceptual designs for water and wastewater treatment systems.
• Develop detailed designs, including contract documents (plans and specs).
• Coordinate with process/ mechanical teams for detailed design services.
• Prepare design calculations and coordinate with other disciplines and regulatory agencies.
• Manage and mentor teams, monitor budgets, and ensure quality work per Garver standards.
• Represent the water business line in client meetings and conferences.
