Job summary

Haskell is looking for a Senior Process Mechanical Estimator to join our team in the United States. In this role, you will develop accurate cost estimates for large-scale food and beverage manufacturing projects, collaborating with various teams to optimize project performance.

Ideal candidates will have a Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering or Construction Management, along with a minimum of 5 years of estimating experience. You will be instrumental in analyzing project specifications and ensuring successful project bids.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of estimating experience preferred.
• 15 years of relevant experience in the construction industry acceptable.

Responsibilities

• Develop project budgets and competitive bid proposals.
• Perform risk assessments and identify potential impacts.
• Utilize estimating software to produce detailed estimates.
• Communicate effectively with internal teams, subcontractors, and clients.
• Track historical cost data for estimating accuracy.

Skills

Estimating process and packaging mechanical scopes for food projects

Ability to read and analyze mechanical design documents

Estimating software experience

Strong communication skills

Experience with Design-Build and CMAR

Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications

Education

Bachelor of Science Degree in Engineering or Construction Management
