Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Develop project budgets and competitive bid proposals.
• Perform risk assessments and identify potential cost impacts.
• Utilize estimating software to produce accurate estimates.
• Communicate with internal teams, subcontractors, and clients.

Skills

Estimating process and packaging mechanical scopes

Ability to read and interpret mechanical design documents

Estimating software experience

Strong communication skills

Experience with Design-Build and CMAR

Education
