Kuraray America, Inc. in LaPorte, TX is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead the Process Mechanics team in delivering safe, reliable plant maintenance and reliability programs.

You will oversee safety, planning, SAP integration, and contractor coordination, ensuring compliance with API, ASME, NFPA, and corporate HSE standards while driving continuous improvement across maintenance and reliability metrics.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of relevant industrial experience in a polymer/chemical manufacturing environment.
• Strong leadership, communication and long-range planning skills.
• Experience with Process Safety Management and API/ASME/NFPA standards.
• Proficiency in SAP and maintenance planning/scheduling systems.
• Valid driver's license required.

Responsabilités

• Lead PM maintenance technicians to ensure safe, effective maintenance execution.
• Plan, schedule, and coordinate TARs and transitions; allocate resources.
• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and oversee repairs and installations; ensure code compliance.
