Job summary

ATI seeks a Senior Process Leader/Business Analyst to drive critical initiatives across Oracle Order Management and Supply Chain applications within Digital Technology. You will lead cross-functional teams, translate business needs into technical solutions, and guide projects from planning through deployment.

Role requires strategic problem solving, strong communication, and collaboration with stakeholders, developers, and end users to deliver enterprise business solutions and process

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience leading technical and business resources in manufacturing or industrial settings.
• Experience delivering projects from requirements through deployment with defined work plans and budgets.
• Ability to elicit requirements and translate them into functional specifications and technical solutions.
• Proven skills in process mapping, risk identification, and design specification development.
• PMI/ PMP or similar certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional teams to define and deliver strategic business initiatives.
• Analyze user requirements and business processes related to Oracle Order Management and SCM.
• Develop and manage project plans with tasks, resources, schedules, and budgets.
• Create system specs, process flows, and training materials; perform as-is/to-be analyses.
• Collaborate with developers to define logic, data definitions, and designs.
• Lead QA, UAT, and end-user training activities; deploy new procedures and standards.
• Identify enhancement opportunities and communicate recommendations to leadership.
• Maintain knowledge of applicable digital technologies and project management methodologies.
