Job summary

ATI is seeking a Director, Enterprise Applications to lead and mature the company’s enterprise application function during a critical transformation. This leader will immediately assume responsibility for Oracle EBS and PSIMetals and will drive ERP, MES, analytics, and LIMS initiatives from UAT through go‑live and hyper care.

Qualifications

• Significant enterprise applications leadership experience at director level or equivalent.
• Strong Oracle EBS experience or substantial ERP leadership in complex industrial environments.
• Proven ability to stabilize distressed application delivery environments.
• Experience managing large systems integrator or managed services relationships, preferably Accenture or comparable partners.

Responsibilities

• Lead Oracle EBS and PSIMetals execution through UAT, go-live readiness, cutover support, and hyper care.
• Stabilize delivery, address execution gaps, and improve team performance.
• Coordinate ERP and PSIMetals with MES, analytics, LIMS, integration, and process dependencies.
• Own Accenture managed services relationship and mature governance and accountability.
• Partner with BU transformation, DT leaders, enterprise architecture, security, and IT teams to drive execution.
