Job summary

Turner Mining Group is seeking a Process Manager to oversee ore processing operations at our California site. You will lead the processing team, ensure safe operations, drive cost performance, and align activities with production plans.

The role requires 10+ years in mining, heap-leach experience (leach pads, CIC, ADR), strong budgeting skills, and proficiency with SAP and Microsoft Office to deliver data-driven decisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in mineral processing or related engineering preferred.
• Minimum 10 years in mining or precious metals processing.
• Experience with heap-leach gold processing: leach pads, CIC, ADR, labs, refinery.

Responsibilities

• Serve as site subject matter expert in mineral processing.
• Lead processing operations to maximize production efficiency, safety, and cost effectiveness.
• Develop and deliver daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports aligned with goals and budget.
• Coordinate maintenance planning with production requirements, including downtime.
• Utilize SAP and Microsoft Office for reporting and analysis.
• Drive continuous improvement and cost-reduction initiatives.
