Job summary

GlobalFoundries Fab 9 in Essex Junction, Vermont, seeks a Chemistry Laboratory Technician (Complex Analysis Technician) for a 5x2 shift. You will perform wet chemical analyses, prepare standard solutions, and operate a variety of analytical instruments with precision.

The ideal candidate has an Associate's degree, at least two years of lab experience, fluent English, and the ability to work safely with hazardous chemicals. U.S. citizenship and eligibility for a SECRET clearance are required.

Qualifications

• Associate degree required in a related field.
• Minimum two years of relevant lab experience.
• Fluent in English, written and spoken.
• Able to work with hazardous chemicals following procedures.
• U.S. Citizen; eligible for SECRET clearance.
• Strong math and data handling skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform wet chemical analyses and prepare standard solutions.
• Operate and maintain analytical instruments (UV/Vis, ICP-OES, HPLC, GC-MS).
• Order chemicals and manage waste disposal.
• Ensure safety and environmental compliance.
• Communicate findings clearly and work in a team.
