Job summary

Impinj is looking for an experienced Process Integration Engineer to support new product development through mass production. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree and at least 5 years of experience in semiconductor processes, with proficiencies in failure analysis and process optimization.

You will work on optimizing process flows and collaborate cross-functionally to drive improvements in manufacturing technologies for RFID endpoint ICs. Competitive compensation and benefits package includes healthcare and a 401(k) plan.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of related experience in semiconductor processes.
• Experience with backend, WLCSP, dicing, and advanced packaging technologies.
• Hands-on experience conducting failure analysis.

Responsibilities

• Support process integration for new products from development to mass production.
• Execute process optimization projects and manage experiments.
• Analyze process and product performance data for continuous improvements.
