Job summary

Auris Noble LLC, a vertically integrated recovery and refining company, is seeking a senior technical leader to guide cross‑functional engineering programs from concept through full-scale manufacturing. The role focuses on translating program objectives into practical requirements across process, equipment, and facility workstreams, ensuring safety and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field.
• 15+ years of relevant industrial engineering, capital projects, commissioning, or manufacturing experience.
• Experience taking equipment or processes from requirements and design through startup and sustained operation.
• Knowledge of industrial chemical or metals processing, materials compatibility, process safety, utilities, equipment reliability, and production controls.

Responsibilities

• Lead senior technical integration across process, equipment, facility and production workstreams.
• Translate program objectives into engineering requirements for multiple unit operations.
• Oversee design reviews, vendor coordination, qualification plans, and startup activities.
• Mentor engineers and technical staff to establish consistent practices in project execution.
• Coordinate across plant leadership, chemists, engineers, maintenance, production, quality, EH&S, procurement, and program management.
