Job summary

Auris Noble LLC seeks a Senior Project/Facility Engineer to lead planning and execution of facility, utility, infrastructure, logistics, and construction work. You will ensure safe, compliant, operable, and production-ready operations while coordinating cross-functional teams and vendor partners.

The role supports growth programs including expansion, scale-up, equipment installation, and process transitions, with focus on safety, schedule, and budget adherence in a busy industrial setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management, facilities management, architecture, industrial technology, or related discipline.
• 8+ years of relevant industrial construction, facility expansion, plant engineering, or capital-project experience.
• Experience delivering work inside an operating manufacturing or chemical facility.
• Working knowledge of industrial utilities, building systems, contractor management, permitting, safety, commissioning, and operational turnover.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple vendors, priorities, budgets, schedules, and field issues.

Responsibilities

• Lead site evaluation, renovation and expansion planning.
• Coordinate electrical, water, drainage, HVAC, and other utilities.
• Develop scopes of work, cost estimates, schedules, and turnover criteria.
• Coordinate engineers, vendors, contractors, inspectors, and site staff.
• Review drawings, specs, and interfaces with process systems.
• Oversee construction safety, quality, cost, and schedule.
• Plan shutdowns, tie-ins, and production ramp-up logistics.
• Provide progress, risk, and change information for reporting.
• Maintain occupancy-readiness and operational continuity.
