Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Manufacturing/ Operations, Engineering, Industrial/Systems/Production/Cost Engineering, or related fields.
• Strong capabilities in Stakeholder Management and Change Management.
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Mechanical, Electronics, Sciences, Manufacturing, Industrial, or Systems Engineering or equivalent; Lean Six Sigma or equivalent certification.

Responsibilities

• Lead and monitor the implementation of process development activities for high-complexity projects, integrating lean manufacturing methodologies.
• Complete Manufacturing BOMs and develop industrialization concepts; collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project success.
• Prioritize safety, regulatory compliance and smooth transitions from product development to manufacturing.
