Job summary

Philips is seeking a Principal Engineer to lead high-complexity process development and industrialization efforts, ensuring seamless design-to-manufacturing transitions. You will manage BOM readiness, industrialization concepts, and cross-functional collaboration to drive project success.

Required are 5+ years in manufacturing/engineering roles, Lean Six Sigma certification, and a degree in mechanical/electronics/science/manufacturing/industrial/systems engineering.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Manufacturing/Operations, Engineering, Industrial/Systems/Production/Cost Engineering, or related fields.
• Lean Six Sigma or equivalent certification.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in mechanical, electronics, sciences, manufacturing, industrial, or systems engineering or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Lead and monitor process development activities for high complexity projects with lean manufacturing integration.
• Develop industrialization concepts and align product solutions with manufacturing objectives.
• Oversee process technology development within New Product Generation and roadmap initiatives.
• Prioritize safety, regulatory, and environmental compliance in execution.
