Job summary

Grifols is seeking a Continuous/Project Improvement Specialist to support initiatives in production and manufacturing. The role focuses on driving process improvements and optimizing operations through data analysis. The position requires a BS/BA degree and at least 2 years of related experience, with opportunities for further advancement.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of operations experience with continuous improvement and/or project management.
• Preferred experience in a cGMP/FDA environment and Lean/Six Sigma tools (Green Belt or Black Belt).

Responsibilities

• Analyze inefficiencies and identify optimization opportunities.
• Collect, analyze, and present performance data.
• Propose and manage process improvement initiatives.
• Maintain project schedules and resources.
• Deliver training programs for continuous improvement principles.
