Job summary

Grifols is seeking an entry-level Manufacturing Supervisor to manage a manufacturing department's day-to-day operations, ensuring product quality and compliance with cGMP and safety policies. The role includes providing routine technical support and making decisions within a defined area of responsibility.

Responsibilities include directing shift operations, maintaining floor presence, addressing simple process deviations, and coaching staff.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or higher degree with related experience required.
• Masters degree may substitute for experience in some cases.
• Previous leadership experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Directs shift operations and ensures product integrity per schedule and cGMP.
• Maintains floor presence to reduce discrepancies and ensure documentation accuracy.
• Participates in process/product troubleshooting to maintain parameters.
• Acts as contact for partner groups (Maintenance, Quality, Tech Doc Support).
• Qualified to operate all equipment and lead processes to meet production schedule.
