Job summary

Qualifications

• Advanced degree in biochemical/chemical engineering or biology.
• Extensive supervisory experience (8+ years).
• Experience leading multiple projects with complex interactions.

Responsibilities

• Develops MS strategies and roadmap for process/equipment improvements.
• Leads tech transfer from R&D to full-scale manufacturing.
• Oversees NCR investigations and process validations.
• Guides cross-functional teams to ensure on-time, on-budget project delivery.
• Maintains life-cycle management and cost of goods targets.
