Job summary

Cook Children's Health Care System is seeking a Senior Process Improvement Specialist to drive Lean, Six Sigma and other methodologies across departments. You will coach Green Belts, facilitate cross-functional teams and mentor leaders to achieve operational excellence.

The role emphasizes data-driven problem solving and training delivery to build a culture of continuous improvement. Based in Fort Worth, this position requires a Black Belt and 5+ years of healthcare process improvement

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Nursing, or other clinical discipline.
Master's degree a plus.
At least 5 years of proven experience in Process Improvement using Lean and Six Sigma; Healthcare experience is a plus
Lean Six Sigma Black Belt Certification is required.

Responsibilities

Lead departmental and cross-functional teams on process improvement initiatives.
Coach and mentor Green Belts across the organization.
Facilitate training and education on Lean, Six Sigma and related methodologies.
Serve as an internal expert and consultant to drive a culture of operational excellence.
