Qualifications

• Lean/Six Sigma Master Black Belt Certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Data analysis: define data requirements and standards; support staff in resolving issues.
• Research: review best practice research and recommend solutions from options.
• Process architecture: design complex processes and ensure complete process maps.
• Process recommendations: lead development of recommendations and align with stakeholders.
• Performance management & control: develop metrics and monitor post-implementation performance.
• Change management: lead change efforts, gain leadership support, promote continuous improvement.
• Leadership: influence executive teams and cascade improvements.
