The MIL Corporation is seeking a Senior Process Improvement and Modernization Consultant (Business Analysis, Senior Analyst) to work on a consulting team providing analysis and recommendations to a Federal Client in Washington, DC. This role leads current-state analysis of financial management operations, facilitates the working sessions where process owners and leadership reach decisions, and drives modernization of the policies, processes, and systems that support them.
This position currently requires a hybrid schedule with possible in-person meetings at the client site in Washington, DC. The schedule is subject to change based on client, MIL, and contract requirements.
This position is currently unfunded and is being posted in anticipation of a future contract award and funding approval. We are proactively identifying and engaging with qualified candidates. While candidates may be contacted for pre‑screening, any hiring decisions will be contingent upon funding availability and final program requirements or client approval.
The primary role for this position is to assess, improve, and modernize financial management processes for a federal client. This will include the following responsibilities:

For this position, the projected compensation range is $130,000 - $150,000 per year. This estimate represents the typical salary range and is just one part of MIL's complete compensation package.
