Ohio State University in Columbus is seeking a Process Improvement Senior Analyst to lead internal consulting and drive cross-functional process improvements across the Cancer Program and OSUWMC. You will guide projects from rapid cycle to DMAIC, interfacing with leadership, clinicians, and staff to remove barriers and achieve measurable outcomes.

The role requires advanced data analytics, problem solving, and change management capabilities, with a Masters or 8+ years of experience, and Lean/Six

Qualifications

• Masters degree in operations management or industrial engineering or equivalent with 4+ years of relevant experience; or a Bachelor's in industrial engineering or equivalent with 8+ years of relevant experience.
• Lean/Six Sigma certification or PMP preferred.
• Excellent analytical and written/oral communication, and project management skills.

Responsabilités

• Lead process improvement initiatives across the Cancer Program and OSUWMC.
• Interface with all levels of the organization and lead cross-functional teams.
• Identify and remove barriers to achieve process improvement goals.
• Proactively identify opportunities to significantly impact organizational goals.
