Job summary

GHSP in Mansfield, OH seeks a Continuous Improvement Coordinator to drive operational excellence in a multi-site manufacturing environment. You will lead Lean, Six Sigma and Kaizen projects, analyze processes, collect data, train teams, and implement sustainable improvements that reduce waste and improve quality and safety.

You will collaborate with production, engineering, quality and safety to sustain gains and support a high-performance operation across multiple sites in the United States.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment with a focus on process improvement.
• Proficiency in Lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Strong analytical skills with experience in data collection, analysis, and reporting.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Analyze existing manufacturing processes to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement.
• Lead and support continuous improvement projects using Lean, Six Sigma, and other quality management tools.
• Collaborate with production, engineering, quality, and safety teams to develop and implement process enhancements.
• Collect and interpret data to measure the impact of improvement initiatives and report findings to management.
• Facilitate training and workshops to educate employees on continuous improvement principles and practices.
• Develop standardized work procedures and documentation to ensure consistency and compliance.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and recommend corrective actions to maintain process improvements.
• Support change management efforts to ensure smooth adoption of new processes and technologies.
