Job summary

BeOne Medicines seeks an experienced engineer to join our Hopewell, NJ team. The role supports a new Small Molecule manufacturing facility and maintains a 24x7 GMP operation in close collaboration with manufacturing and quality teams.

Based in Hopewell, NJ, the candidate provides technical direction, project management support, commissioning and SME expertise across blending, granulation, compression and encapsulation, while driving safe, compliant operations and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• BS or higher in engineering and/or related discipline.
• 5+ years of equipment and facility support in GMP environment.
• Knowledge of Good Documentation Practices, deviation and CAPA management.
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Experience leading teams and managing multiple priorities.
• Experience with CMMS, Metrology, and facility maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Provide SME input for equipment and facility for small molecule projects.
• Support commissioning, qualification and validation of systems.
• Develop and maintain SOPs, PM plans for responsible systems.
• Collaborate with Global Engineering to hit milestones and KPIs.
• Coordinate with external partners as required.
• Lead fault analysis and remediation in an industrial setting.
• Operate in gowning and GMP manufacturing environments.
• Mentor and supervise site personnel.
