Job summary

Veolia Water Technology is seeking a Process Engineering Project Technical Leader - Microelectronics in Syracuse, NY to drive ultrapure water and wastewater treatment solutions for the microelectronics sector.

You will lead process design, coordinate cross-functional teams, and serve as SME and primary technical contact with customers, ensuring project milestones, risk management, and compliant delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Environmental/Chemical/Mechanical) required or related technical discipline.
• 10+ years of process design and/or operation experience in water/wastewater for microelectronics is preferred.
• Strong English communication and leadership skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Lead the process design of ultrapure water, wastewater, and reclaim treatment solutions for the microelectronics industry.
• Own the Process Flow Diagram and ensure design integrity across unit operations.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and manage deliverables, schedules, and risk.
• Serve as lead technical contact with customers and other functions, driving project success.
