Job summary

Strategy Engineering & Consulting LLC, located in Houston, TX, seeks a Process Engineering Manager with 15–25 years of experience to oversee the process engineering group. The role covers conceptual design through field execution, with collaboration across disciplines, clients, and vendors.

You will mentor junior engineers, ensure safety and cost-effectiveness, and contribute to FEED, P&ID reviews, and regulatory compliance. This is a full-time on-site position in the Houston area.

Qualifications

• ABET-accredited program required.
• 15-25 years of relevant engineering experience (oil & gas preferred).

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a group of process engineers and oversee department deliverables.
• Contribute to conceptual engineering, FEED, and detailed design for onshore and offshore facilities.
• Prepare process simulations and heat and material balances.
• Prepare datasheets for equipment and review P&IDs, flow diagrams, and layouts.
• Coordinate with drafting/design teams to deliver accurate drawings.
• Support procurement, vendor interfaces, and regulatory submittals.
• Provide professional mentorship to junior engineers.
