Job summary

GEA Group is seeking a Process Engineering Supervisor to support sales, engineering, optimization and occasional commissioning of GEA Process systems. You will provide technical guidance, oversee daily tasks to meet project deadlines, and mentor team members. Location: Oakdale, MN.

The role requires leadership, strong problem-solving, and effective communication in English. Expect 25% travel and close collaboration with cross-functional teams to drive project success and safety compliance.

Qualifications

• Must possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication in English.
• Ability to lead and mentor a team of engineers.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Oversight of Process Engineers to ensure milestones and goals.
• Provide guidance, training, and mentorship to team members.
• Set clear expectations and provide ongoing feedback to enhance performance.
• Coordinate staffing, scheduling, and travel to balance workload.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and safety standards.
• Develop and improve process designs and equipment configurations.
